For Sale: 1950 Chrysler Windsor in Boise, Idaho for sale in Boise, ID

1 of 17
Vehicle Description Look at the chrome, and the lines, on this beautiful 1950 Windsor Coupe! I couldn't resist buying it when I saw it in a grassy field with a For Sale sign.
Turns out the seller was 92 years old and had owned it for decades.
He drove this car and was famous for tossing candy from it at parades.
Long story short, I took it to my mechanic and had it gone over tip to tail.
I invested almost $7K in bringing brakes up to snuff, replacing gas tank, fuel lines, new clutch, etc.
Refer to paperwork in this ad.
But unfortunately my ambition to drive and restore this lovely car has outstripped my time.
Recently married and have too many special interest cars already.
The new wife won't be keen on me spending time with the Windsor rather than her.
She's all original (the car, not the wife) except for a repaint at some point.
There's a nice patina happening now, which you can see in some of the photos.
The original color was the beautiful mint green you see in two images I plucked from the internet.
You can keep the burgundy-over-mint patina, or restore her to the original beautiful mint green.
Chrome is excellent.
I have $17K into this car, so my haircut is your toupee.
