The spacious layout has a fully stocked kitchen with high end furnishings, a living room with TV and wifi, a seating area with a gorgeous view of the back yard oasis, a full size bathroom, a washer and dryer, and an incredible back yard along the water! The kitchen has everything you need for a night in: refrigerator, pots and pans, gas stove, spices and oils, dishes, and silverware. The living room has a TV with a Firestick so you can kick back and watch your favorite shows. Connect to the Klipsch bluetooth speaker and listen to your favorite tunes or enhance your movie experience. The seating area is in between the kitchen and the 8-foot sliding door. This is where you can cozy up and take in the back yard nature or read your favorite novel. Enter the bedroom through the sliding barn door and relax on an incredibly comfy Purple Mattress. There's a full size closet for you to store your things in and you will find a clothing iron and ironing board for you to freshen up. The bathroom is really one of our focal points. The shower has a built in 12 inch bench and you'll find two shower heads. Bathe in luxury! The quartz vanity is adorned with a 60 inch lighted mirror that will keep from fogging while you are showering. We provide a blow dryer, first aid kit, and soaps/shampoos for your stay! Since we are in a basement, all of the plumbing drains into the toilet which has a built in macerator and sump pump. This will kick on when it fills up or the toilet is flushed so you will hear a semi-loud humming noise from time to time. Guest access Guests can park along the street and enter through their private entrance near the owners front door. The owner and his son live upstairs and are very quiet and respectful people. If you see them, be sure to say hi! The basement will be completely yours but you might bump into people in the back yard. Don't worry, you have your own patio space and the back yard is huge so there is plenty of space for everyone! Other things to note The plumbing is very fragile due to it being below grade. The toilet has a built in macerator and pump so when it kicks on it can be startling and feel loud the first time you experience it. There is absolutely no smoking on premise and the back yard is not fenced in. Your patio out the sliding door is for you but the back yard is a shared space.
