This comfy cottage sits right off the alley in our quiet, established north end neighborhood. You'll have your own private fenced yard and convenient parking for one car right next to cabin! The north end has many of these little off-alley "carriage-type" houses. Also, I live just 7 blocks away so that's nice : ) NO STAIRS! It's as one level as can be : ). It also has Ethernet - hard wire /modem internet for those of you who are "working nomads!" There's a super tall fence for the ultimate in privacy- and we all Love that! Pet door for quiet pets, no steps, kitchen, super comfy queen bed & remodeled shower. GREAT house for those who would like a private little space! Nice walk to all of the fun things available in north end, foothills and downtown! This house is a fun, small hug of a home that feels just right : ) Also, if you have bikes and/or kayaks, there are 2 spaces to store them all. There's a fenced in yard, private parking right next to home, kitchen and a newly tiled bathroom - very nice! Facetime interviews and virtual tours in most cases so out of town folks can rent with ease.
