Provide personnel management for branch operations staff. Manage overall daily
branch office operations. Participates in hiring and performance rating of
employees and recommends salary adjustments. Schedule and manage work shift
hours. Counsel employees when needed. Coordinate staff training when needed.
Establish and help maintain internal performance objectives for branch business
volume, deposits, loan portfolios and quality of audit reports. Assist manager
with lending duties. Maintain office building, grounds, equipment and fixtures.
Test branch security equipment and address issues when necessary. Acts as a
backup for new account functions, paying and receiving duties, etc.
Provides information and assistance to customers as well as resolving bank

all insurance payments to proper accounts. Processed cafeteria bags and
balanced daily. Prepared bank deposits for Loomis Fargo to pick up. Provided

Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers and
potential customers. Responsible for the operations of the drive-up and the
teller stations. Train employees in customer service and banking procedures.
Approve checks for payment. Adjust customer complaints. Examine teller's

instructions. Manage the personnel activities of the operations staff.
Cross-sell other bank services by answering and identifying customer needs.
Review branch billings and authorize payment. Perform monthly certifications,
overdrafts, Canadian rates, wire transfers, verification of stops, holds, loan
draws, supply orders, daily GL ticket verification and trial balance, suspense
account monitoring and providing foreign drafts. Maintain vacation schedule for
entire branch. Track attendance, overtime and complete performance appraisals.
