Owner Financing Available!* Hunter's Heaven located on Aldape summit with beautiful views of Treasure Valley, and only 20 minutes from downtown Boise!

This mountain retreat has it all, privacy, timber, native range lands, views, year around springs. Lots of wild life elk, deer, bear, would make a great location for a hunting lodge. Adjacent to BLM, National Forest land, Idaho State lands, and Ridge to Rivers trail system. Just 20 minutes to down town Boise makes this property ideal for potential development or your recreational property retreat. The old homestead site has old apple and plum orchards. This is the perfect mountain get-away in the Boise foot hills. Pristine and very beautiful property. *To Qualified Buyers.

Directions to property: North end downtown Boise heading West on State St., Left on Reserves street, follow Shaw Mountain Road, which then the name changes from Shaw Mountain Road to Rocky Canyon Road. Follow Rocky Canyon Road all the way up to the summit. Less than a 1/4 mile below the summit toward Boise on the left there is a large pull out and a steel brown gate (unlocked/picture attached) on the road that will access the Southern parcel, this road shows on the flyer topo map. In my Flyer there is a picture overlooking Boise and treasure Valley if you make it to that overlook, you can also get a good view of the Northern parcel from there. If you want to walk on the Northern Parcel go back to Rocky Canyon Road and the Brown gate head back toward Boise approx. 1/2 mile on the right you will see a small creek/spring on the right hand side of Rocky Canyon Road with a pull out site. Park vehicle there, and walk the old road that the spring flows through it is overgrown with brush, only a walking trail. Approximately the first 150 feet is on BLM property then the rest is on my property.
