As Wafer Product Level Quality at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible to develop world class Param Process to enable Quality, Reliability and Yield Program. You will work with Technology Development and Manufacturing Fabrication sites world-wide to develop/deploy world class parametric MFG solutions.

Your objective is to collaborate with fabs in the network and TD, as well as suppliers to evaluate new tools, provide and improve measurement capability, manage the execution of global business processes, to deliver BIC (Best in Class) methods across manufacturing sites. You are responsible to manage and execute Tool of Record (TOR) and MOR input requirements to ensure Capital business process runs effectively (monthly cycles as well as quarterly model of record (MOR) cycles). This position requires interfacing with TD and Procurement as well as interaction with equipment suppliers to drive area manufacturing issues forward and establish area improvement roadmaps. You are also responsible to provide strategic, tactical support to manufacturing and driving transfer related activities.

You will also be responsible to work with cross functional teams to define ESPEC and work with manufacturing to improve ESPEC performance and tool issues related to ESPEC performance.

Responsibilities and Tasks (include, but not limited to):

  • Develop test programs and parametric software solutions.

  • Deploy newly developed software solutions to MFG fabs across the network.

  • In collaboration with TD, deploy best in class parametric test solutions across the MFG fabs

  • Drive NPI transfer activities from TD to MFG, MFG to MFG related to parametric tests.

  • Demonstrate Individual Competency / Technical Expertise

  • Manage project effectively throughout project lifecycle; Drive standard implementation WW

  • Project and Program Management.

  • Develop, maintain, and support Micron and 3rd party applications.

  • Effective Communication

  • Manage Product and Process Improvements

Qualifications

  • Proven skills for programming and scripting languages like PERL/C/C++/PYTHON/

  • Advanced knowledge of semiconductor device parametric testing.

  • Advanced understanding of semiconductor process flow and device physics

  • Proven skills in characterizing circuits and devices

  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple groups and contribute to a positive team environment

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and prioritize issues and assignments

  • Solid analytical problem-solving skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present data to large groups

Education Required

Master s Degree or bachelor s degree with five-year experience

  • Engineering

  • Related Field

Experience Required

  • Quality engineering, Process Engineering, Equipment Engineering, or related field is required
