Micron s Commercial Products Group (CPG) creates industry-leading consumer DRAM and SSD products under the Crucial brand. CPG also distributes both Crucial branded and Micron branded server DRAM and cloud SSD products in the global commercial channel to distributors, system integrators, value-added resellers, and e-tail / retail partners.

We are recruiting for an exciting position within our global marketing team, tasked with supporting the group s Digital Marketing function. In this role you will set a solid foundation for decision making across the group and help to drive optimization of digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys, identifying opportunities directly from data analysis and customer feedback.

As a source of truth for the group s digital marketing data and analytics, the insight you provide will be critical to successful decision-making at a worldwide level. You re an analytical thinker with a passion for helping people understand the why from data. You will also need a developed sense of marketing, business acumen, and relational database knowledge to access marketing data used to drive insight. You should be comfortable challenging the status quo in order to find and implement new and better ways to look at data.

A highly effective communicator who is numerate, detail-oriented, and organized, you will have a strong working knowledge of Tableau, MS Excel, SQL, and digital analytics tools, alongside a relevant degree. You ll also be as passionate about new technologies as our customers are. Previous experience in an international marketing function is desirable.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Campaign Optimization - Work with the digital marketing team and agencies to stay familiar with new tactics being tested, emerging trends, and ensure all campaign activity is tagged properly to ensure that the team can maximize ROI via a data-driven approach.
  • Customer Insight Drive the customer survey program, providing insight on any key themes and priorities coming through customer feedback and web analysis.
  • Usability Testing - Continuously test advertising creative, key landing pages, and new website designs to provide insight to the brand and web teams that drive improvements or validate changes being made.
  • Data Visualization - Build and maintain a series of Tableau visualizations, including specific self-serve reports for users where required.
  • Reporting - Distribution of weekly/monthly/quarterly KPI reporting, providing insights that allow stakeholders to action key findings as quickly as possible.
  • Digital Analytics Work with global third-party analytics providers to stay up to date on trends and ensure the most relevant, accurate data is being optimized.
  • Database Accuracy - Work with the BI analysts in the Marketing Technology team to ensure SQL is up to date, correctly processed, and always accurate.

Skills and
Experience:

  • Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work autonomously
  • Comfortable working in a global team across multiple time zones
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel for reporting, data manipulation, and analysis
  • Basic working knowledge of SQL and Python (or equivalent) to combine, aggregate, and extract data
  • Confident working with and analyzing large volumes of data, ensuring integrity is maintained in the transition between raw files and a database
  • Prior exposure to digital analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, IBM, etc.)
  • Digital Marketing background preferred, but not essential
  • Relevant degree
