Job Description:
As a Software Engineer supporting the Sales and Marketing teams, you will be building IT solutions to provide value and drive efficiencies that allow Micron to accelerate innovation and create value for our customers. As a member of this team you will have the opportunity to participate in Agile teams, partner with the business delivering creative solutions that generate real impact. You will learn many aspects of how the Sales and Marketing departments contribute to the success of Micron while sharpening your skills as a top-notch software engineer. We are looking for a talented, driven, execution-oriented trailblazer to join our Information Technology team and help us build our Sales platform to further delight our customers.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Tasked to carry out the development of the applications or enhancements through configuration and if required through Apex or Visualforce.
- Performs technical analysis, design, configuration, and development for system integrations and Salesforce customizations
- Develop custom applications and code (Aura Lightning, LWC, Visualforce, Components, Apex Controller, Trigger, Callouts).
- Write, test, analyze, and implement high quality code according to specifications
- Integrations and/or Connectors between Salesforce.com and other applications
- Execute test scripts for system integration and regression testing
- Act as a change agent, seeking opportunities to challenge the status quo to meet business objectives
- Ensure solution releases meet the highest standard in terms of end user experience and performance. Focus on quality as the core of user experience
- Keep up with the latest industry research to ensure we are appropriately leveraging new technologies while aligning with internal standards
- Manage the development lifecycle to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale
- Implement third party solutions by working with vendors and determine how to integrate solutions into the current business environment
- Demonstrate Micron core values of people, innovation, tenacity, collaboration, and customer focus

Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform App Builder
- Platform Developer I
- Candidates should have 5
years of Salesforce.com development experience as well as experience in CRM systems integration with large, complex third-party solutions - Experience with Salesforce standard functionality and features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud)
- Skilled in requirements analysis, business process understanding, technical solution design, data analysis and migration and integration, designing solutions in accordance to best practices
- Candidates should possess excellent problem solving, debugging and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and data model
- Experience with enterprise integration tools
