Job Description
As a strong technical thought leader, you will build strong partnerships with your business partners. In the IT Salesforce Solution Architect role, you will design enterprise solutions in a fast-paced, Agile environment, closely partnered with business and IT stakeholders. You will be responsible for delivering designs, mock-ups, and software solutions based on the Salesforce and Model N platforms. You will help the team and our extended team of Citizen Developers follow processes and standards. You have a proven track record of creating innovative solution designs, leveraging platform capabilities.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
As a member of the IT Sales team this role will be involved in:
- Defining strategy and roadmap for the solution
- Help to define software standards across the platforms
- Defines high-level component for the solution
- Leads estimate of developer efforts for user stories
- Evaluates Out-Of-The-Box options or design patterns that require minimal customization
- Defines and oversees standards and practices, including Build/ Buy Configure Strategy
- Performs code review and makes sure development team is following standards
- Ensure proper Test Coverage and Unit Testing is performed
- Leverages AppExchange for public reusable components
- Coordinates deployments with Release Manager
- Develops process and standards training for team and Citizen Developers to follow
- Developing close partnership and collaboration with business stakeholders as well as external IT teams
- Algins and collaborates across project teams
- Using industry best practices, will advance the governance of the Salesforce platform
- Partners and contributes with Enterprise level Architects on best practices
- Maintains the design in support of software system
- Has a deep focus on technical details
- Owns day to day sprint execution in delivering Data Flows, Data Models, Integration Diagrams, Object Models, workflows, use case diagrams.
- Enforce guidelines and standards
Required
Qualifications:
- Salesforce experience and Sales concept knowledge.
- Salesforce Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform Developer I
- 5-7 years of solution architecture experience
- Proven ability to execute and deliver in an Agile framework
- Experience with technical team and project leadership
- Experience with Integration between Salesforce and Enterprise Systems (ie - SAP, Teamcenter)
- Strong problem-solving skills that include research and diagnostic prediction
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to take initiative and ownership by absorbing and retaining information across a range of technical areas
- Salesforce or Model N development experience
- Salesforce Trailhead Badges:

Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related degree, or equivalent work experience
