Cook
The Cook prepares food in accordance with culinary techniques, standardized recipes and quantities as specified by food production forms and management in the areas of retail, catering and patient services. The Cook will complete HACCP forms according to department standards in a timely manner. Determining food quantities and requirements needed, the Cook will plan maximum utilization of ingredients, foods and leftovers.
Required Criteria
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of food service experience, on the job quantity cooking/culinary experience and/or formalized culinary training.
Preferred Criteria
The Food and Nutrition Department is looking for a positive, upbeat individual who can work in a fast paced environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
