Job Description
MarketStar s HP Commercial team currently has an opportunity available for a PPS Managed Print Services (MPS) Operations Specialist. The MPS Operations Specialist will provide MPS onboarding and service escalation support for HP channel partners and their customers.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities & Attributes for Success:
Proactively manage service escalations
Monitor MPS inbox and work with HP, the partner, and the customer to resolve issues
Understand service level agreement (SLA) and communicate service updates
Develop and implement onboarding plan for new MPS customers
Communicate onboarding progress and updates to HP, Partner, and customer
Help transition customer into HP MPS program
Qualifications
What s required to be considered:
Bachelor s degree or equivalent
Proficiency with spreadsheets and office tools (specifically Microsoft Excel)
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and to comprehend new tools
Ability to work independently and with a team
Capable and comfortable interfacing with various levels within a partner/customer organization
Demonstrated ability for taking initiative and ownership of situationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
