The Director of Talent Acquisition & Planning at Micron will report to the Sr. Director of Talent Management and will be responsible for setting and directing a global talent acquisition and planning strategy. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Global Talent Acquisition
Develop and deploy global talent acquisition (TA) and sourcing strategies that identify and secure a highly talented workforce and scale to support the company's continued growth
Align, manage (direct and indirect) and develop regional talent acquisition leaders and regional programs
Partner with company leaders and HR Business Partners to understand, grow pipelines, and source for key positions within the company in the present, and in the future.
Ensure forward looking programs and processes are developed, implemented and sustained globally, including vendor management
Develop and implement global TA capability requirements and on-going development plan, secure TA tools and resources to enable teams to meet strategic talent acquisition targets
Oversee and optimize technology platforms
Align with and support talent management programs
Ensure performance metrics are aligned with objectives, utilized strategically and communicated
Talent Planning
Oversee and enable the design, development and execution of talent planning, inclusive of role and talent identification, assessment and forecasting; scenario planning and people strategies
Social Media / Content Marketing
Oversee and enable the design, development and execution of enterprise-level social media, content management and capability development strategy
Establish strong social media present with a compelling talent brand
University Relations
Develop and implement global university relations strategy inclusive of:
Strategic segmentation
Key account management
Diversified engagement and hiring programs
Early talent identification and pipelining
Organization promotion and program marketing
Technology and process optimization
Talent Sourcing and Executive Talent Acquisition
Develop, implement and oversee:
Global Talent Sourcing
Enterprise talent sourcing strategy and capability development
Successful candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration with an HR emphasis; Advanced degree and SPHR strongly preferred
Significant experience with global talent acquisition strategy, process and tactics preferred
7+ years' experience building relationships with, and interacting with key stakeholders and internal and external partners
Demonstrated recruiting experience and enthusiasm for both high volume and high touch recruitment and talent acquisition
Data driven mindset ? ability to influence, drive decisions and lead discussions utilizing data
Proven ability to improve efficiency, simplify process while maintaining or improving output quality and service levels
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Resourcefully innovate and adapt in a rapidly changing ambiguous environment
Excellent global people and functional leadership
Strong coaching and mentoring skills and ability to manage performance and develop talent for the future
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively interact with and influence all levels organizational levels
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated technology skills in Success Factors (or similar), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point), LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
