Large dairy product manufacturer seeking individual to lead Environmental Health & Safety management operations for facility-wide regulatory compliance and training.
Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe operating environment for production and distribution facilities.
Analyze food production safety guidelines and requirements from all federal, state, and local governmental agencies to ensure facilities remain compliant with changing requirements.
Create measures aimed at preventing industrial accidents and work hazards.
Lead safety and security programs, implement safety directives and ensure facility safety policies and procedures follow government regulations.
Experience:
3
years experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment focused on ensuring health and safety regulatory requirements are followed.
Familiarity with operating under OSHA, DOT, and EPA standards and requirements in a dairy production environment.
Starting compensation up to $85,000 with full benefits for medical, dental, vision and prescription. PTO for personal days, sick days and vacations; paid holidays. Company paid training program and tuition reimbursement for continued education.
