Analytical Laboratory Supervisor - Dairy - Boise, ID

Seeking individual with 5+ years experience managing analytical chemistry and microbiology testing procedures and overseeing subordinate laboratory personnel in dairy manufacturing quality assurance.
Shall:
- Manage the technical conduct, quality control, and related record keeping of all analytical evaluations performed.
- Perform equipment calibration, troubleshooting and minor maintenance for laboratory systems.
- Prepare microbiological and chemical reagents.
- Evaluate performance against KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and ensure that goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements:
- B.S. in Food Science, Science, Chemistry, Microbiology or related field.
- Strong statistical data analysis abilities and equipment troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Component Analysis, Butter Fat Tests, Somatic Cell Counts, Enzymatic Bio-Analysis and other related dairy and milk tests.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
