This high touch customer facing position requires customer service experience, analytical and problem solving skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to understand and resolve complex problems as well as the ability to work with a variety of customers in diverse cultural environments and situations while providing a quality service experience. Must have proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite, the ability to leverage multiple data bases, and a working knowledge of various software applications, networks, and SW/firmware upgrades. This worker will also manage service requests, dispatch service, via phone, email, using specific technical support center applications. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.
Work hours are 8 hours per day between 6am (MST) - 6pm (MST). Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
