A Recruiter/Sourcer job in Boise, ID is available on a contract basis courtesy of Adecco Engineering and Technical.

Recruiter/Sourcer job responsibilities include:
o Seek out, perform phone interviews, screen, recruit, and review resumes in order to fill technical job orders.
o Recruit qualified candidates via media, networking, screening and interviewing.
o Interview prospective candidates adhering to EEOC, ADA and Affirmative Action guidelines.
o Describe position to the candidate to ensure compatibility and present candidate information to the client.
o Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on all client and temporary employee interactions.
o Maintain a data bank of qualified candidates to ensure that Adecco provides the highest possible quality and service.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualificationso Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
o One plus year of related experience preferred o Ability to operate general office equipment, basic PC skills such as Microsoft Office and email and ability to sit for extended periods of time.
o Working knowledge of labor and employment laws desiredo Capable of handling multiple tasks/problems simultaneously; meet deadlines; set own priorities; ability to follow processes and procedures; schedule day events; and make cold callso Excellent problem solving, oral/written communication in one-on-one and group situations, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills and the ability to interface with all levels of staff and management also required.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
