GENERAL SUMMARY AND PURPOSE:
This position reports to the Saint Alphonsus Health System Chief Nursing Officer with a matrix relationship to local RHM CNO's and is responsible for the development, communication, and successful execution of established objectives (clinical and financial), strategic and tactical plans, and building customer loyalty through a comprehensive women's marketing strategy.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND
Experience:
1. Must possess a current Idaho RN license. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required; Master's Degree preferred.
2. Working knowledge of hospital financial or clinical operations with at least three years previous healthcare experience developing, overseeing or interacting with physician groups, product lines, managed care and/or business development activities, in a large, complex, medical center.
3. Experience in analyzing competitive health care environment, and developing and implementing strategic recommendations for improved market share in a dynamic and rapidly changing industry.
4. Demonstrated leadership and communication skills and an ability to influence, collaborate with, and motivate others.
5. Possess strong leadership and communication skills.
6. Working clinical knowledge and experience in women's healthcare services.
7. Experience in the development and management of business budgets and productivity.
8. Knowledge of legal, regulatory, ethical, managerial, organizational requirements, principles and standards of care for hospitals and healthcare systems.
9. Possess progressive academic training and experiences, with the ability to work with various stakeholders to advance the strategy and business plan.
10. Ability to work in a matrix relationship.
Essential Functions:
1. Meets the SAHS Guiding Behaviors and Caring Standards including interpersonal communication and professional conduct expectations.
2. Leads and coordinates the service line across the system to prioritize clinical program development, analyze new business opportunities, and establish a comprehensive marketing strategy.
3. Develops, in collaboration with physicians and organization, Regional Health Ministry (RHM), department, and clinical leadership, strategic initiatives and tactics to achieve service line growth, quality outcomes, clinical education, and patient safety.
4. Completes and updates the service line strategic and operating plans, including responsibility for business development, physician relations, and clinical integration.
5. Coordinates and leads the work of strategic and operations teams to ensure execution of service line strategic plan and business growth initiatives.
6. Organizes and leads all continuums for women's and children's services.
7. Ensures standardization of services across system locations for a consistent patient experience. Coordinates and successfully communicates with the RHM leaders, operations directors, practice managers in related practices, and hospital managers that support service delivery.
8. Develops and maintains monthly/quarterly dashboard reports that reflect on the quality of services in the ambulatory and inpatient setting as well as financial impact of each service.
9. Collaborates with departments to achieve organizational budget and clinical benchmarks.
10. Prepares business analysis and strategic rationale for capital requests that support service line offerings.
11. Plans for services that cover the full continuum of care and that utilize enablers for clinical integration. Co-leads, with physician partners', LEAN projects to establish clinical protocols across the care continuum for key services in support of the SAHS Strategic Plan.
12. Successfully works in a dyad relationship with key stakeholders and matrix leaders to develop and grow business, improve quality, execute the business plan, communicate progress and identify where system resources might be needed.
13. Plans educational opportunities for community within women's and children's services.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
