We currently have a Master File Specialist or Master File Analyst position available in our Corporate Headquarters - Boise, ID. Overview Master File Specialist: This position will support the Company by interfacing with a broad base of users in IT, Finance, functional organizations and business units. This position will enforce established master data standards and ensure master data integrity in several systems under general supervision. This position will monitor the workflow process for new data requests, changes, and deletions- entering data in several systems while maintaining data accuracy and timeliness which are critical highly visible aspects of the position. Overview Master File Analyst: In addition to the summary of the Master File Specialist above, under general supervision this position enables timely and accurate maintenance of complex master file data in JD Edwards and Agvance. This position requires a basic understanding of how enterprise system master file and control data elements are used across multiple applications and functional area processes Responsibilities Master File Specialist:
Receives, reviews, and processes master file data in several systems under tight deadlines from customers across the company.
Enforces compliance with established master file data standards.
Independently investigates routine problems to identify the source of the issue and initiates necessary corrective actions.
Gathers missing information from various internal and external sources as necessary to complete requests. Responsibilities Master File Analyst:

Receives, reviews and processes requests for master data file additions, deletions, and changes.
Independently investigates routine problems and initiates necessary corrective actions.
Understands how enterprise system master file and control data elements are used across multiple applications and functional area processes.
Coordinates and follows through on all master file data maintenance. Requirements Master File Specialist:
High School diploma or GED Experience.
Two years related transaction processing experience and/or training. Basic understanding of how enterprise system master file and control data elements are used across multiple applications and functional area processes.
Able to assess the possible impacts of data and configuration changes and elevate the request or facilitate the coordination of those changes with appropriate group, Plant, IT, and functional area data users as needed. Requirements Master File Analyst:
Associate's Degree (A.A. or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for meeting the minimum requirements.)
Two plus years related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for meeting the minimum requirements.
Concurrent skills in a growing number of enterprise software and packages and supporting applications are required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
