We are currently looking for a Technical Solutions Rep II to work in Boise, ID. The candidate who fills this position will be a full time employee of HP.
Specific Job Duties Include:
Provides full support of systems
_Break-fix_
Install
Move, Add, Change
Electronic Software Distribution
Performs additional support activities
Software patch implementation
Account maintenance
Data migration
Advanced troubleshooting within IT systems environment
Hardware
Software
Other tasks in support of Operations _ _
## Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements:
Must have or ability to obtain Secret Level Security Clearance
DoD 8570 certification (CompTIA Network
and/or Security+)
Education and Experience Required:
High school education or equivalent.
Typically requires 1-3 years general experience, or equivalent combination of experience and college level education.
Knowledge and Skills:
Excellent problem solving abilities
Impeccable time management skills and be able to meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Excellent inter-personal skills
Extremely self-motivated and proactive
Dependable and have an excellent attendance record
