Job Title:Remote Deskside Support Technician
Work Location:Boise, ID
Length of Position:12 months with possible extensions
Clearance Requirements:Prefer a secret but will take someone who is clearable
Certification Requirements: Security

Education:High School Diploma or GED
Job Description:
Advanced Active Directory Knowledge and Experience
Advanced Knowledge and Experience with Microsoft products (specifically XP Operating Systems)
Advanced Knowledge of a COTS ticketing system (preferably Remedy or Heat)
Knowledge of Common Access Card (CAC)
Knowledge of Navy customer (prior NMCI experience is a plus, prior
military experience is helpful)
Knowledge of printers (network and stand-alone, multiple vendors)
Exceptional customer support skills
All applicants must be able to travel on short notice and consistently up to 90%25%20of the month.Skills Required:
Able to lift and carry 50lbs
Able to work with minimal direction
Able to quickly identify and resolve issues and follow set escalation paths when/if required
