Summary Formulates systems scope, objectives, and requirements relative to the organization''s business plan. Conducts business and systems analysis and works with business clients on IT initiatives and optimization opportunities. Formulates and defines system opportunities through research and fact finding combined with an understanding of applicable business processes, systems, and industry requirements. Participates in cross functional workshops to clearly define IT assessment opportunities and requirements. Responsibilities
Assists HR and Payroll business clients in developing ROI strategies of proposed solutions and interpreting cost/benefit analysis for presenting/communicating back to management.
Develops and documents business and technical systems requirements for new systems or system enhancements, in coordination with business clients, management, IT resources, and vendors; gathers cross referencing requirements articulated by multiple business areas.
Conducts research and analysis to identify and define opportunities to solve business problems by leveraging technology or process improvements.
Partners with business clients to create process changes by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicating changes to impacted business and IT teams.
Develops proposals for business systems integration opportunities; works with Project Managers to establish project objectives and scope. Requirements
Bachelor''s Degree in Business, Management Information Systems or applicable program. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered for meeting the minimum requirements.

International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) CBAP Certification or B2T Certification is a plus.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - as well as strong facilitation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven experience with integrated business applications either in development, implementation, and or support.
Demonstrated ability in customer facing, partnering skills with Business Process Owners and other Business Stakeholders.
Proven experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and prototyping tools.
Experience in HR/Payroll using Infor/Lawson Talent Management and Human Capital Management (S3) a plus.
Understanding of basic technologies, business analysis concepts, practices, application and techniques; familiarity with common IT approaches in all enterprise areas; understanding of common business practices including end to end business and IT processes for assigned business area; requires moderate instruction and guidance in most assignments and analysis activities; customer interaction at peer and mid management level; may be assigned projects of lower complexity and risk ($50k $500k). Pay Grade: 43/45Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
