Provide customer service in a contact center in support of the government.
Utilize standard technology such as a telephone, e-mail, and web browser.
Navigate to the appropriate pre-scripted responses which they must read verbatim to provide basic general and claims specific information.
Assist caller with filling out online application and submitting it electronically to provide for processing.
Complete basic call related input to phone inquiries such as clicking buttons to confirm
May be required to work holidays.
Overtime may be required.

High School Diploma required
Must be able to speak and read English clearly, professionally and fluently.
Six months customer service, secretarial, or telemarketing experience.
Must be able to type a minimum of 20 WPM.
Must be able to pass a federal background check and drug screen.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
