Human Resources Supervisor

Provides supervisory oversight to Human Capital Team. Leads team in the implementation of human resource programs, trains and develops staff, developes process efficiencies.
Supervises team members in the implementation of human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action. Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues.- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects organization''s value by keeping information confidential.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Accepts ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Bachelor''s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
Experience in managing group dynamics and projects preferred.
Three to Five years of applicable related job experience with employee counseling, corrective action processing and onboarding required.
Performance Management, Training Management, Maintaining Employee Files, People Skills, Resolving Conflict, Employment Law, Project Management, Office Experience.
General, Reporting Skills, Verbal Communication, Administrative Writing Skills required.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
