The right candidate enjoys a challenge and will have a desire to dig deep into a machine to correct any malfunctions that it may have. Machine shops call our client because their production is on the line with every minute of down time knowing that we will get their machines up and running quickly and professionally.
Candidates must have:
A minimum of 3-5 years experience working on Haas CNC machines
An extensive mechanical and electrical background
Ability to read electrical and mechanical prints
A willingness to work in harsh environments (metal chips, coolant, oil, etc.)

Duties:
Travel up to 65%
Troubleshoot and
repair
mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems
Preventative maintenance
Phone and e-mail technical support
Rebuild rotary tables
Quote and invoice orders
Order parts as necessary
Read electrical and mechanical prints
Machine installs and integrations
Laser calibration
Ballbar analysis
Assist in product development
Preferred skills:
Haas factory certification
Knowledge of the Fanuc control and how to maintain it
Knowledge of laser calibration and ballbar analysis
Knowledge of rebuilding rotary tablesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
