Volt Workforce Solutions is now hiring for an experienced Administrative Sales Support Specialist for our client in Boise, ID. To apply, please respond to this job posting. for providing customer order status reports using a data processing program and extensive use within MS Excel. Additionally, the Admin will be answering busy phones, completing order entry, monitoring product's email inbox and forwarding emails to the appropriate person for respond.
This is a PART TIME position, with work schedule Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm. Estimated duration for this temp position is through the end of 2014.
Responsibilities will include:
" Enter data related to product orders in database & Excel.
" Create customer order status reports
" Office/Clerical support including extensive phone work
" Product support related to email monitoring
" Interdepartmental
" Perform all other duties as requested by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements
" HS Diploma or GED required
" Position will require pre-employment screening such as interview, references check, and drug/background screening prior to start date
" Excellent MS Office Skills - High proficiency/advanced Excel user
" Excellent Typing & Ten-key Skills
" Requires 2+ years minimum general office experience, customer service experience
" Excellent verbal & written communication

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
