The Customer Service Representative will respond to customers' inquiries or complaints about B&K Business Group's products or services.
You will be the point of contact for clients, representing the organization in a professional and courteous manner.
You will answer questions, provide information, and process orders or deals.
This is an online work from home opportunity.
You must have excellent communication skills and show empathy when resolving customer issues.
You should be organized and tech-savvy, as you'll be managing a large volume of customer service inquiries each day.
Main
Responsibilities:
