Luke's Boise Heart Clinic team.

St.
Luke s Heart Rhythm Center is a service of St.
Luke s Clinic Idaho Cardiology Associates.
The clinic offers a wide range of services and are committed to providing expert care and treatment of heart arrhythmias, including atrial fibrillation.
The team specializes in electro-physiology and nuclear cardiology.

The RN will participate in clinic nurse visits, patient education, scheduling procedures, device checks, patient triage, follow up calls/messages, and medication management of high-risk arrhythmia concerns.
This RN will work with physicians, APPs, and CMAs.
n
4 - 9 hour shifts per week; no weekends.

Responsibilities
n- n
- Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. n
- Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments. n
- Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. n
- Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. n
- Manages care of patients. n
- Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities n
- Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. n
- Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model. n
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. n
Qualifications
n- n
- Education:
Nursing Degree n - RN's with less than 1 year of RN experience at the time of hire into the RN position must have graduated from an accredited nursing program (ACEN - Accreditation Commission of Education in Nursing, CCNE-Commission of Collegiate Nursing Education) n
- Experience:
1 years experience n - Licenses/Certifications:
Current RN licensure from the State of Practice n
Preferred
Qualifications:

- Prior experience in Cardiology setting. n
- Inpatient / Outpatient background is ideal. n
