Luke s Health System in Boise is seeking a Full - Time RN to join our Children's/Pediatric Adolescent Medicine team.
n
The RN will assist with patient and family triage, education, and coordination to a complex group of pediatric and young adult patients with eating disorders, mental health, and chronic illnesses.
The RN will also assist the provider with adolescent gynecological exams and minor gyn procedures.
The clinic manages specialty conditions and some primary care, which includes administering vaccines and various in-clinic POCT.

Schedule:
Tuesday - Friday, 4 nine hour shifts - day hours.
May vary occasionally based on needs of clinic.

Responsibilities
nThe Registered Nurse is responsible for evaluating patients and assisting physicians with patient care.
Plans, implements, and documents nursing care based on patient's needs.
- n
- Identifies patient needs and determines priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. n
- Develops, implements and coordinates individualized plan of care for patients assigned through initial and on-going assessments. n
- Initiates assessment based on the patient's problems or needs, the physician's medical diagnosis, and the functional health framework. n
- Performs therapeutic nursing interventions. n
- Manages care of patients. n
- Documents care based on standards of care and practice, patient acuity, and/or clinical priorities. n
- Advocates for evidence-based practice care standards and supports adoption of evidence-based practices and innovations in care delivery. n
- Provides patient centric care in alignment with professional nursing practice model. n
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Current RN licensure from the State of Practice n
