EOI Direct assists lenders, closing agents, and homeowners in obtaining proof of insurance for community associations.
We are not an insurance company, and we don't sell insurance.
Our help desk assists people in using the EOI Direct website as well as placing orders over the phone for those who do not wish to use the website.
Job Duties:
Answering inbound phone calls Responding to e-mails Processing online orders A positive and solution-oriented attitude is all that is needed to do this job well.
Applicant must have high-speed internet access to support remote work, and live in Boise Idaho or the surrounding area.
On-the-job training and equipment will be provided.
This job does NOT require any sales or collections.
This is an all-remote, work-from-home position.
We offer flexibility for shift start time, depending on desired number of hours, however, our current position is for afternoons ending at 6:
00pm Monday - Friday.
We provide generous paid days off and eight (paid) Federal holidays.
Benefits:

Employee is reviewed at 90-days for wage increases.
