Our case managers are responsible for ensuring the client's case runs smoothly from start to finish.
Job Duties:
- Client communication - Communicating with insurance adjusters - Coordinating payments with medical providers - Tracking client treatment progress - Working with attorneys to meet clients' needs Skills (preferred):
- Knowledge of Microsoft programs (word, excel, and outlook) - Knowledge of Adobe - Prior customer service experience Additional
