$10,000 sign-on bonusCompetitive annual income of $90,000-$130,000+Tuition reimbursement$1,500 - $2,000 in annual continuing educationRobust medical benefit packageClinic Director Daily Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing the management of a busy outpatient clinic with the full support of our experienced teams in human resources, marketing, information technology, finance, billing, compliance, and referral development.
Managing a team of professional and support staff to reach clear goals with revenue, profit margins, and quality.
Participating in management and leadership training.
Working collaboratively with nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 10 patients per dayPerforming evaluations and standard appointmentsDesigning a Plan of Care for each individual patient that will progress them in an appropriate mannerLocation :

$80,000-$90,000 annual salary and $10,000-$40,000
profit share (Immediate)Sign on bonusYou will also receive $1,500-$2,000 in continuing educationUp to $5,250/year student loan repaymentBonuses for board certification and clinical excellenceCell phone reimbursementClinic Director Hours & Benefits :
This will be a full-time, 40-hour
per week positionmedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401k with 3% match22 - 27 paid days off and wellness incentivesBenefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay rangeOwnership & Growth:
This position will allow for professional pathways including clinical leadership in specialty areas, as well as clinic ownership.
Requirements:
Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction).

Passion for managing a clinic.
Interest in community and professional marketing.
