This role is pivotal to the success of our Sales and Project Management teams.
The Coordinators provide scheduling support, project updating/tracking, and work with our vendors/field technicians to support to our project managers.
PC's play a key role in successful project implementations, controlling costs, and building customer relationships.
The ideal candidates must be highly organized and self-motivated to complete deadline driven tasks in a timely fashion.
PC's are responsible for successful dispatching of field technicians, updating project trackers, reviewing/managing daily dispatch tickets, supporting field technicians, and working vendor/partners/FSTs to ensure project costs are managed properly.
Experience candidate will have a background in dispatching, vendor coordination, and tracking/managing project timelines.
This position requires a proficiency in working with proprietary software systems and MS Office suite products.
Qualifications - 1 year in telecommunications/IT industry, or 1 year of field service dispatching in related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of direct customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, emphasis on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ticketing software programs.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
