Back Parts Counter Person (Toyota/Lexus Store) Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Back Parts Counter Person to join our Toyota/Lexus store team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the efficient operation of the parts department by providing excellent customer service, accurately processing parts orders, and maintaining inventory control.
Previous experience with CDK/ADP systems is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Order Processing:
Accurately process parts orders, ensuring proper documentation, pricing, and billing information.
Inventory Management:
Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, including receiving, stocking, and organizing parts shipments.
Parts Lookup:
Utilize system and other resources to efficiently look up and identify parts for customers and technicians.
Technical Support:
Collaborate with service technicians to ensure the accurate selection and distribution of parts for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Problem Resolution:
Address any issues or concerns related to parts orders, deliveries, or returns in a timely and effective manner.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with other parts department personnel, service advisors, and sales staff to optimize departmental operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Compliance:
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, regarding parts sales, inventory control, and customer interactions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an automotive parts department preferred.
Familiarity with CDK/ADP systems or similar automotive dealership software is highly desirable.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and colleagues.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in automotive parts management is a plus.
