WHO WE NEED This position performs a crucial role by managing or participating in projects such as process improvement initiatives that allow team members to reduce or minimize manual or repetitive non-automated tasks in favor of more efficient and rewarding processes.
This also allows the company to effectively scale growth.
This position also develops and maintains SOP documentation, assisting with project related presentations, creating ad-hoc reports, claims processing, travel coordination, expense reconciliation, and data compilation to update monthly/daily reports.
Overseeing multiple responsibilities simultaneously is a significant part of this position, and the successful candidate will be able to multitask, remain organized, and meet deadlines.
Organize, monitor, track, and compile details to produce, and maintain clear job-aids and SOPs.
Maintain and monitor project plans, coordinate project schedules, and track project deliverables to completion.
Create and draft project documentation including presentations, meeting minutes, email correspondence, and ad hoc reporting.
Provide direct administrative support including real-time scheduling by booking appointments and preventing calendar conflicts Gathering data from third party vendors to update and maintain various spreadsheets.
Generating and distributing memos, letters, reports, and spreadsheets.
Assist with company-wide cell phone administration.
Aid with claims filing, research, and documentation.
Support with large scale event planning including managing travel arrangements and venue selection and setup.
Assist with monthly receipt review and coding for credit card purchases.
Aid with uniform research, billing reconciliation, and purchase order approvals.
Ensure deadlines are met by consistently producing quality work.
Managing daily business needs and administrative duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS At least 1 year of experience in an administrative position, operations coordinator, or similar business-related positions.
At least 1 year of experience analyzing information, identifying problems, defining alternatives, and developing recommendations for management.
At least 1 year of experience leading process improvement and process documentation, serving as a subject matter expert, or supporting implementations.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
