Primary Job Function:
The Service Coordinator/Dispatcher will act as a liaison between the customer and the company, ensuring that customer needs are met.
Daily scheduling of the Service Technicians.
Completing all Tasks related to the Service Department.
Pay Rate:
Up to $25.
00 per hour, depending on experience

Qualifications:

years of Customer Service experience 2
years of coordination/scheduling experience 1
years' experience in a sales or sales support role Professional Phone Skills Excellent verbal skills Well-organized and able to work independently Creative Thinker Ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal skills Energetic personality Teachable Timely in all work and attendance Required Education:
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent A college degree is a plus but not required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
