Facilities Division is seeking a Business Development Specialist with a focus on target growth markets.
Candidates for this position must have a sound knowledge of typical mid-market and Fortune 500 companies manufacturing client capital project life cycles, facility design, processing, packaging, and the associated regulatory requirements involved in the building and infrastructure of an industrial facility.
Proven experience in establishing and maintaining business relationships with key stakeholders; executes and provides recommendations for strategic marketing plan specific to growth markets.
Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in lead development and conversion, consulting services, or solution-based selling, including finding new clients and exploring Growth markets.
Nationwide / Remote Roles and Responsibilities This individual will be part of POWER's Business Development team charged with exploring target growth markets, generating, and developing business leads, through extensive market research and analysis Establish and maintain significant relationships with prospective clients by strategically evaluating and responding to client needs Maintain a working knowledge of POWER's capabilities and discipline resources Evaluate leads for potential business opportunities Participate in the development of qualifications submittals, presentations, marketing communications, trade shows, and related activities Manage all sales activities through POWER's CRM system Required Education/Experience 5
years of related engineering, marketing, sales and consulting experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees and clients Proficient in the use of basic computer software, Microsoft Office and CRM software Ability to travel 50-70% Desired Education/Experience Proficient in Power Bi General working knowledge of the jurisdictions and or standards of Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and 3A Sanitary Design Standards.
Sales management skills with a proven record of developing new accounts and closing deals along with a strategic perspective Proposal development skills with a proven record of scope identification for various disciplines At POWER Engineers, you can have a rewarding career on every level.

The pay range for this position is $65K - $105K per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
This figure does not includeadditionalcompensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
