Job DetailsJob LocationOverland Boise, ID - Boise, IDDescriptionGeneral Manager (GM) translates the highest-level strategies and goals into operating plans that drive the business.
The GM is responsible for every aspect of operations and has total overall accountability for metrics and activities at the facility.
While the tasks and responsibilities of the General Manager are similar to that of the manager, the GM is expected to provide a more granular and detailed focus to each business task to ensure optimal efficiency and customer focus.
This position requires daily interaction with the team, coaching and working with them, and positive face-to-face and verbal interaction at all levels of the organization.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
Ability to lead a team in concert with Senior Leadership to deliver an outstanding customer experience Grow customer volume, loyalty, and increasing profitability for the store Lead a positive, high-energy environment that ignites customers return Train and develop staff utilizing our 12 Teir Leadership Development Program Manage daily operations with a sharp eye on the controls Ability to work comfortably on a ladder regularly during your shift Ability to stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time during your shift Ability to work in wet conditions that include odors/dust for 8-12 hours at a time Ability to lift, carry and reach overhead minimum of 25 lb.
