ResponsibilitiesHow Will You Contribute to the Company?The Senior ERP Application Analyst is a position within Cradlepoint's Business Applications team and is responsible for the enterprise application platform and all its related integrations.
The responsibilities of this team include enabling efficient processes within the ERP; developing, enhancing, and integrating applications used by business areas; supporting the application user audience to optimize the management of the business.
As part of this team, this role will be to support systems and processes for Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Order fulfillment and will act as a bridge between those functions.
To be successful, the individual must have proven experience working as a team member in a similar system portfolio role supporting and implementing applications, and communicating with a global end-user community.
The successful candidate will work cross-functionally and have excellent communication skills.
The Senior Application Analyst is uniquely responsible for developing subject matter expertise in a cluster of financial applications and becoming an integrated support person for a variety of business users.
This role requires a deep understanding of order fulfillment and financial processes.
? It also involves interfacing with various departments to support business needs to promote efficient and effective utilization of the ERP platform.
What Will You Do? Arbitrate needs against system capabilities and finds efficient and effective solutions Provide training and support for new and existing users Work with stakeholders to establish best-practice processes within company systems Interface with all departments to assist and support their ERP usage and reporting needs Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications for system customizations, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow Assist with creating criteria for the configuration and development team Support the end-user community to ensure database accuracy, integrity, and cleanliness Maintain integration functions of ERP with other company systems Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision Coaching and reviewing the work of team members, both internal and external Ability to partner with technical and business teams Provide support in the evaluation, implementation, and utilization of ERP third-party add-on programs Maintain knowledge of all current ERP features and releases Support EDI functionality and maintenanceQualificationsMinimum
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/ Master's in Accounting/Finance, Information Systems, or MBA or equivalent experience Understanding of Financial Accounting Systems like General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, etc.
Experience in Intercompany Sales, Accounting, and Global Distribution functions Experience in multi-currency sales scenarios Experience in Channel Distribution Experience with EDI partners and mapping A minimum of seven (7) years prior ERP implementation and support experience as an Application Analyst for an ERP such as Microsoft F&O, SAP, or Oracle.
Ability to work cross-functionally with all departments Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Ability to build reports using SQL and other report tools The ability to independently evaluate the prioritization between wants vs critical needs Experience working with SOX and GRC and helping apply to the business applications landscape.

Your Pay:
The salary range for this position is listed below.
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
$78,400 - $163,300 / yearYour pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus.
This variable pay opportunity is dependent upon the attainment of agreed to goals and objectives as determined by Cradlepoint's Senior Leadership team.
