$140,000-$190,000 annually, based on skills & experience, plus 15% annual bonus.
Strategic Human Resources Business Partner Job
Summary:
This position will enhance workforce retention, streamline HR functions, report on HR metrics along with coaching/developing site HR Managers.
What you'll do as the Strategic Human Resources Business Partner:
Partners with leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, employee development and training, and succession planning.
Provides support and guidance to site HR Managers, management, and other employees when complex, specialized, and sensitive issues arise.
Collaborates with COEs to ensure that HR services are delivered consistently and effectively across the organization.
Partners with the talent acquisition team to provide recruiting support which may include sourcing, interviewing, and assisting with the hiring of qualified job applicants for various exempt and non-exempt positions Collaborates with departmental managers to understand the skills and competencies required for open positions.
Collaborate with Finance and Business Operations team to maintain a clear view of current headcount and labor cost budgets & actuals.
Review and analyze business metrics to better understand predictive analytics and how it translates to business needs.
Provides support with compensation and job description reviews.
Recommends best practices that are in alignment with the organizations structure and business needs.
Oversees, and may participate in disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
Supports learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources.
Promotes and work as a company culture agent.
Performs other duties as they relate to human resources, as assigned.
What you'll bring to the Strategic Human Resources Business Partner:
Bachelors degree in related field.

years of previous experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in project management and leading/designing/deploying/implementing HR initiatives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
