Job Description:
The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with product information.
The CSR will also be responsible for building relationships with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
Meet service customers.
Verify contact information and introduce the upgrade program.
Turn interested customers to sales specialists.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Additional duties may include minor tech support and additional customer service.
