Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Health Information Management, Information Management, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Two (2) years experience in quality management/improving organizational performance (IOP) within an acute health care setting.
Intermediate to advanced skills needed with Excel spreadsheets.
Additional Requirements:
A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, SUDS and Patient Rights standards, and any other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
