6 Quick Apply Full-time 11 hours ago Full Job Description Developmental Concepts is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team! We are seeking individuals interested in working Full Time or Part Time.
We have Day and Night shifts available.

Our Residential Habilitation/Supported Living enables adults of all ages with developmental disabilities to live in their own homes while receiving supports and services.
The right candidate will be responsible for providing compassionate care and assistance to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Job
Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and guidance for participants during skill-building activities.
Develop rapport with participants while building safe and supportive relationships.
Maintain participant health and safety.
Ensure a smooth transition of activities and incidents to fellow staff.
Follow treatment plans for participants created by a supervisor.
Assist with daily living activities.
Update participant activity logs daily.
Become familiar with programs and data collection systems.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
A high-school diploma or GED is required.
Valid Driver's License.
Proof of car insurance.
Reliable transportation with 2 or more seats other than the driver.
Ability to pass a Background Check upon hire.
Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid upon hire.
Ability to obtain Assistance with Medication Certification upon hire.
Compassionate about the care and well-being of others.
Compensation:
Pay for night shifts is $8/hour Pay for day shifts is $14-16/hour
Benefits:
Employees working 30 hours a week or more will qualify for competitive full-time benefits.
