We are looking for the right person to assist with our daily operations; Monday thru Friday.
The design center has both a showroom and a studio that is available for designers and their clients to use on a daily basis.
This position will be heavily focused on the bookkeeping as well as assisting with the daily communications.
Responsibilities Basic Bookkeeping Accounts Receivable Account Balances Reconciling Entries Answer Phone Calls Placing and Tracking Orders Skills Analyzing Information Data Entry Skills Attention to Detail, Thoroughness & Accuracy Able to prioritize tasks and utilize time effectively Problem Solving Requirements Energetic , Positive Attitude, self-motivated and drama free 1
years of Accounts Receivables Experience Experience with Quickbooks (desktop or online) Knowledge of basic bookkeeping 2
