What You'll Do You would be working on the engineering team that builds the Smart Home device integrations and infrastructure for the company. These systems include smart locks, sound monitoring, and other smart home devices. As a full-stack and multidisciplinary team, the team is responsible for features that span web front-ends, APIs, back-end services, monitoring/alerting, configuring deployment containers, ETL pipelines. As a senior infrastructure engineering your responsibility will be primarily to design, implement, deploy infrastructure. We'll spread that knowledge and responsibility around but you're on point. What You'll Need Experience building, deploying, monitoring, and maintaining production infrastructure Comfortable using Docker, Linux, bash, and command line Experience with building resilient, cloud-based, and distributed systems on AWS Experience with infrastructure as a service, fargate, and terraform A good understanding of build/release processes, continuous delivery, and devops Experience with Git, Python, PHP, Node JS, APIs, and SQL Ability to work from home and resides in one of the followings states:
AK, AL, AZ, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, or WY Preferred Qualifications These qualifications are not required but are valued Interest in high volume, high uptime peer to peer systems Experience with SciPy, NumPy, or Pandas Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
