The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a New Product Acceleration Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Collaborate with Product and Development teams to create a repeatable implementation process for new products and or features/functionality. Leads and manages project engagement for alpha, beta, and/or early adopter clients and provides vital feedback to internal 3M stakeholders. Facilitates the creation and/or updating of any implementation related documentation and other deliverables for a successful launch of a new product and or feature functionality. Develops and delivers training to Implementation and Client Support Teams. Become subject matter expert in the new product and or feature/functionality as is able to support Clients, Implementations and Client Support as needed. Collaborate with Customer Care, Development, and Marketing teams to address technical concerns identified by 3M clients as well as develop and achieve ROI metrics. Identify areas of opportunity to improve communications and efficiency of operation to improve customer satisfaction. Actively participates in relevant corporate programs/initiatives, complies with professional and quality standards complies with corporate policies and procedures, and acts in a manner consistent with 3M's values and ethical standards. Coordinate timing of each delivery with internal 3M stakeholders and client expectations. Understand product issues and work to identify solutions to resolve. Identify and coordinate client responsibilities and track. Utilize video conferencing as required to facilitate meetings with Clients when not traveling. May be required to gain security clearances as per project assignment requirements. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and eight (8) years of experience in client support Five (5) combined years of experience in Health Information and/or IT arena Three (3) combined years of Technical Support experience and/or end-user software implementation and training One (1) year of Database Administration experience One (1) year of experience with Networking and Server Administration Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Degree concentration in HealthCare, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Strong technical operating system and network knowledge (Citrix/TS, IIS, Windows, Active Directory) Project Management Experience Familiar with 3M software, programs and technologies. Proven ability to maintain superior customer and employee relations in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal, written, presentation, analytical and organizational skills Experience with Microsoft Tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive etc.) Ability to find creative solutions and manage difficult situations with diplomacy Experience with support ticketing system such as RightNow CX or Jira
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Product ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
