The Engagement Manager will be part of the implementation team supporting various Key Account projects, accountable for implementation success Provide day to day oversight of the implementation process for large scale/complex clients on 3M HIS applications Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders to foster a partnership between 3M HIS and its clients. Communicate internal and external messages, enacting as the projects' central point of contact. Client implementation management through process oversight, status updates, and support management. Client consulting by coordinating Technical, Operational, and training assistance to optimize system utilization and efficiency. Client/Executive relationship through liaisons with Sales and client's management team. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Assist in developing, communicating and executing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Perform risk and change management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and twelve (12) years of experience in healthcare coding workflow Seven (7) years of experience in a client facing role Three (3) years of proven working experience in project management in healthcare Three (3) years of solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software and web technologies Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Knowledge of 3M HIS products Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to solve problems in a logical, methodical, and time efficient manner Ability to direct and influence others Electronic Medical Record implementation experience Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or equivalent Health Information or Information Technology Installation experience on HIM technology products Ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and technology Attention to detail and outstanding follow-through Proven ability to take individual initiative and responsibility for assignments Experience with use of remote collaboration tool Ability to learn and work independently as well as part of a team
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Account ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
