Responsibilities Essential Functions Analyzes customer needs, issues and interests to formulate a strategy that will achieve business objectives Prepares design, support, and management of recommended solutions Provides live demonstrations for customers and sales teams Strives to ensure a high market share of products and services by providing direction and information on the products and related services to customers, National Account Managers (NAMs) and /or others Develops and maintains technical competency for all core products of C1's core solutions Provides direction and consultation to customers towards resolution of complaints for issues Keeps current on industry changes, participates when possible in organizations directly involved with SME of products and services, and continually works to improve sales techniques and sales knowledge Works independently and as a team member with NAMs, major account support representatives, marketing, services, purchasing, etc. to achieve company major business objectives Keeps advised on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying them with a Manager when questions arise; is prepared to discuss these policies with customers Works directly with key customer personnel to identify, establish, and communicate key performance indicators needed to meet customer requirements Assures tactical and strategic delivery of services to the enterprise Creates, reviews and/or evaluates technical business scopes of work Develops and maintains solution ROI and TCO models as needed Prepares product technical designs using manufacturer design tools as needed Prepares BOM as needed Qualifications Required Qualifications CCNP or equivalent BA or BS Degree, preferably a technical degree (or equivalent) 5
years experience in designing Cisco digital infrastructure solutions 2
years of experience developing proposals and statements of work Strong experience in gathering and analyzing business drivers as it relates to designing Cisco solutions History of explaining complex technologies to business and executive personnel Proven track record with architecting, sizing and selling enterprise networking solutions Strong teaming skills with account managers and other systems engineers Energetic/high confidence presenter Excellent verbal/written communication skills Strong Systems Engineering skills Excellent presentation skills Exceptional customer facing skills Strong documentation skills Able to work independently Problem solving, diagnostic and analytical skills required Able to work under tight deadlines Able to manage multiple simultaneous work assignments Self-starter / self-motivated Ability to assume a leadership role on the team
Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & EngineeringEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
