As a Financial Analyst within Central Business Unit (BU) Finance, a candidate will be responsible for supporting the Company s BU Finance teams, long term business strategies and portfolio investment decisions. This Analyst will collaborate with BU Finance, Operations and Systems teams to develop greater process efficiencies and controls, build an environment where business and financial information is accessible, timely and accurate, and enable a more effective and insightful decision-making process relative to the Company s investment choices. The successful candidate will be adept at using a variety of tools to carry out their responsibilities including operational and financial data warehouses, Excel based financial models, and BI reporting.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage budgets for Central BU and Global Communications & Marketing
  • Prepare weekly and quarterly Price/Volume/Mix analysis
  • Prepare quarterly and mid-quarter financial forecast presentations
  • Prepare ad hoc analytics and reporting
  • Assist in the design and evaluation of Power BI based reporting dashboards
  • Assist in establishing and documenting policy, processes and controls

Minimum
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • At least 4 years of work experience in Finance or Accounting in the manufacturing industry (electronics manufacturing, semiconductors or other high-tech industries preferred)
  • Highly analytical and systems savvy
  • Strong business acumen and attention to detail
  • A track record of identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with Excel, TM1, PowerBI, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
