Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Build and maintain complex financial / valuation models including:
DCF, Accretion / Dilution, Market Multiples, and Comparative Transactions

Active involvement in due diligence

Support the deal process across all functions of Micron s business and work with external bankers

Prepare and deliver presentations to internal partners and executive team

Prepare deal related board materials

Support Long-term Forecasts and Strategic Plan

Support Micron s long-term modeling efforts required for the Strategic Plan, Capital Market Transactions, and/or Credit Rating Agency Presentations

Develop a strong understanding of:
long-term macro and industry specific trends, Micron s specific businesses, and its financial systems

Strategic Analysis

Partner cross functionally with Manufacturing, R&D, and Business Units to support various critical initiatives

Deliver financial and strategic analysis on existing and new business opportunities

Your Qualifications include, but not limited to:

Investment banking, investment research, private equity, corporate finance, or financial analysis experience preferred

BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or Economics required (or equivalent)

Progress toward or completion of CFA / MBA beneficial

Strong financial modeling experience required

Highly proficient with Excel and PowerPoint

Experience with Factset preferred

Capable of working under tight deadlines

Self-starter capable of seeing a project through from inception to completion

Ability to work independently and cross functionally
