Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

As a Sales Revenue Analyst at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for tracking and adjusting revenue forecasts on a weekly cadence to the 0-3-month sales plan.

You will manage key business processes including Revenue Management and Demand Management. You will also drive development of worldwide Compute and Networking (CNBU) revenue goals by region.

The Sales Revenue Analyst works with key partners including Regional Sales Leaders, Sales Operations, Sales Leaders, Demand/Supply Chain, and the BU to drive achievement and exceed the established CNBU Revenue goal.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Drive and manage weekly CNBU business update process to hit revenue sales target; Report out status of business to CNBU sales leader and Sales, and CNBU leadership; Communicate risks & opportunities and recommend actions to maximize revenue; focus, facilitate and execute to hit revenue targets:
  • Projecting order attainment based on current forecast.
  • Tracking orders to forecast, highlighting disconnects, and driving appropriate actions
  • Performing supply/demand matching to ensure achievement of sales forecast.
  • Understand inventory positions and drive revenue upside opportunities to the sales plan.
  • Indirectly manage and influence Regional Sales and Sales Operations to develop and achieve sales forecast
  • Support, or manage weekly revenue and sales meetings with CNBU and Worldwide Sales teams
  • Establish standard templates for efficient and clear communication
  • Streamline revenue process to optimize workload and effectively communicate forecast
  • Drive a disciplined process to manage and communicate revenue forecast vs Lock, provide forecast and recommendations to senior management
  • Drive additional revenue by identifying and presenting additional supply, minimizing risks and attainment of opportunities
  • Develop and manage a plan to reduce aged inventory
  • Create and present on current plan risks and opportunities
  • Support the creation of Business Unit Operations presentations
  • Support the creation of the Flash materials

Your Qualifications include, but not limited to:

  • Ability to work in an unstructured, fast paced environment
  • Customer focus with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to influence and demonstrate positive leadership and willing to challenge all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytic skills. Excel champion, pivot tables, macros etc.
  • Integrity and trust
  • Experience in Sales, forecasting or demand planning or supply chain planning and a solid understanding of the following:
  • Forecasting of demand and its relationship to financial planning
  • Forecasting of demand's integration with supply planning
  • Sales and sales support functions
  • Statistical models and the ability to recommend/justify fact-based volume recommendations/verifications on key products
  • Supply and demand with a critical focus on understanding Micron's product lifecycle

Education:

Bachelor s in business or Engineering and 3
years experience or - Master's in Business or Engineering

  • APICs certification or advanced degree in supply chain, finance or industry certification.
